When you submit a form on this site (a sales review request, a system audit request, a call booking, or a similar enquiry), we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Anything else you choose to tell us about your enquiry

When you browse this site, and only if you accept analytics cookies (see our Cookies Policy), we also collect standard analytics data: pages visited, approximate location (country/region level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

We do not sell your data. We use a small number of service providers (processors) to run this site and respond to enquiries:

• Google — form submissions are emailed via Gmail and, where configured, logged in a private Google Sheet, both under our own Google account.
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides cookieless aggregate traffic analytics (Vercel Web Analytics).

These providers may process data on servers outside the UK/EEA (for example, in the United States). Where that happens, it relies on that provider's own standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism recognised under UK GDPR.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up, and for up to 24 months afterwards for our own business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we are required to keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons. Analytics data is retained according to the relevant provider's own default retention settings.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it (access)
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data (rectification)
• Ask us to delete your data (erasure), where applicable
